We want you to feel good about shopping with DARA GLOBAL CORP. If something doesn’t work out, no worries you can send it back within 7 days of receiving your order.

A Few Things to Know

Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you got them.

Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to the same payment method you used.

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to show up in your account (this depends on your bank).

If There’s a Problem

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personal care products, hygiene-related items, clearance items, gift cards, and digital products.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
